These Terms of Service govern the use of the WickedYoda Little Helper Bot (“Helper Bot”). By installing or interacting with the Helper Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Helper Bot provides automation, moderation assistance, role management, invite code validation, and community utility features. By granting the Bot permissions within your Discord server, you authorize it to read messages where permitted, assign roles, create invite codes, store role mappings, and log activity as necessary for its features.
You agree not to use the Helper Bot for unlawful purposes, harassment, automated abuse, exploitation of Discord systems, or circumvention of moderation safeguards. Misuse may result in immediate termination of access without notice.
The Helper Bot is provided without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with future Discord updates.
Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to incorrect role assignments, lost permissions, or moderation conflicts arising from server configuration. Liability, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to zero dollars ($0.00).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer against claims arising from your misuse of the Bot or violation of applicable laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Louisiana. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Louisiana courts.
Privacy Policy
The Helper Bot collects limited operational data necessary to provide its functionality. This may include Discord User IDs, role IDs, invite codes, server identifiers, command usage logs, and timestamps. Invite codes and role mappings may be stored temporarily or persistently depending on configuration.
The Bot does not collect payment information, email addresses, physical addresses, or other sensitive personal information. Data is used exclusively to execute bot commands, assign roles, validate invites, provide moderation tools, and diagnose technical issues.
We do not sell or share user data for advertising or commercial exploitation. Information may be disclosed only if required by law or to protect system integrity and user safety.
Data is retained only for operational necessity and may be deleted upon written request tied to a verified Discord User ID.
Security measures are implemented consistent with reasonable industry practices; however, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Continued use of the Helper Bot constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy and any future revisions.
