✈️ GL.iNet 15-Year Anniversary Reflection

Who would have thought that back in 2020, when I started my studies at DeVry University, they’d send me not one but two GL.iNet routers — the little AR-750 and the Mango. What began as part of a few networking lessons quickly turned into something much more. I started using them as my home and travel routers, experimenting, learning, and growing more connected with the brand.

Over the years, that interest only deepened. I began testing new products, recommending them to others, and even doing a bit of beta testing for upcoming releases. Now, years later, I’m still proudly running GL.iNet devices, helping out in their Discord community, and sharing what I’ve learned — all while continuing to learn from others too.

The truth is, we never stop learning. In networking and in life, there’s always someone out there who knows something new to teach you.

Today, I’m flying just to outside Washington, D.C., as an honored guest at GL.iNet’s 15-year anniversary event. It’s an experience I never imagined I’d be part of, and I’m truly grateful for the opportunity.

Thank you, GL.iNet — and thank you to all the employees and engineers who make these products possible. You’ve made life easier for so many of us in IT and networking. I’ll be sure to share photos and updates from the event soon!
